MA (History of Art) (First Class) Cambridge

Oxbridge; UCAS; History of Art, History, English, French & Spanish A-level & GCSE; 13+ & 11+; 8+ & 7+; Piano & Music Theory.

I am a friendly, patient and attentive tutor and have a great deal of experience teaching a range of subjects and levels, from 11+ and creative writing to History and Chemistry GCSE and UCAS preparation. I am passionate about academia and want to make tuition a positive, enjoyable experience for my tutees. I fully invest myself in each student's progress, tailoring my lessons to their needs, learning styles and work methods.

I was educated at French schools until my GCSEs and have a great understanding of both the English and French educational systems and their requirements. I took my International Baccalaureate at the Godolphin and Latymer School and, beyond GCSE level, specialise in teaching English, History, Art, History of Art, French and Spanish. I recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with a starred First in History of Art.

I am a keen pianist and, having achieved my Grade 8, worked part-time at a bilingual music school for students aged 5 to 18. On top of administrative duties, I occasionally served as a substitute teacher and mentor, and also tutored in music theory outside the school.

When I am not tutoring, I research and design for film and television, which requires both discipline and creativity and which I enjoy enormously.
