BA (Maths & Spanish) Exeter University; Postgraduate Medicine, Trinity College Dublin.

BMAT & UCAS Medicine applications; Maths A-level.

I am currently studying Graduate Medicine in Dublin, but having lived in London all my life, am back and forth regularly. In 2013 I completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter, where I graduated with a 2.1 in Maths and Spanish. Before Exeter, I was educated at Eton and Ludgrove.

I have always enjoyed teaching, which has been particularly useful throughout my medical studies. A great deal of the success of my last two years in Dublin has been due to the amount of reciprocal teaching we do. It is clear that you do not really understand the mechanism of a disease unless you can teach it to someone else.

Studying medicine has also instilled in me a lot of patience; having a good ‘bedside manner’ allows you to get a more thorough understanding of patients. It is also very helpful in tutoring!

I have experience as a classroom assistant at Eaton House, my old pre-prep school in London, which I enjoyed immensely, and am still in touch with the teachers there. I also enjoyed organising activities and looking after socially disadvantaged children whilst on my year abroad studying Spanish in Barcelona.

I am happy to tutor Maths up to A-Level as well as Spanish and English up to GCSE. I can also help with 11+ and 13+ Common Entrance exams and am able to advise on UCAS and university applications.

Outside of the classroom I enjoy travelling as well as playing and watching sports, particularly cricket, tennis, and football.
